I recently had to get my cooling system in addition to gas furnace replaced (it was expensive, in addition to it was awful).

It was awful enough but what made it worse was the awful level of customer service I acquired from my HVAC worker. I have never in my life experienced such rudeness from someone I was paying to help me. The HVAC worker showed up late (30 minutes late) in addition to making such a mess of my house with his muddy shoes in addition to rusty tools that I ended up having to get my carpet steamed after it was all over. In addition to that, the HVAC worker was loud. He wasn’t being loud doing his task in addition to replacing my HVAC system, no, the HVAC worker was noisy because he blasted rock songs out of his portable radio in addition to talked on the cellphone the whole time, he was supposed to be easily working on my cooling system in addition to gas furnace. I was relieved when that HVAC worker finally got the task done in addition to leaving my house, although he left behind such a horrendous mess that I had to spend even more currency to fix it. I don’t usually do this, although I called my HVAC provider in addition to let them recognize how awful my experience was. After speaking with them for a few minutes, they honestly reimbursed myself and others for the carpet cleaning fee in addition to throwing in a smart temperature control for my trouble. I’m easily thankful to my HVAC provider in addition to because of their response I will stick with them, although I hope I never see that awful HVAC worker again!
