Two ways to avoid an air purifier
Two ways to avoid an air purifier
If air quality is an issue you have around your home, and you can not really afford to go for a whole home air purification system or even a portable air purifier, I have a few tips that can help you to improve the air quality in your home. The first and foremost thing you should always do without question is to make sure that the air filter of your central heating and air conditioning system is always changed every few months at the most. They say that you should change the air filter in your central heating and air conditioning system at least once a month, but that can be a bit much and not really needed. Most air filters can stay in your central heating and air conditioning system a few months before they really start getting dirty to the point of it creating bad air quality. If you are just plain lazy or forgetful in terms of keeping up on buying and stocking air filters if your home, you can try buying washable air filters. By having washable air filters you would be able to just take out the existing air filter, wash it and then return it to the central heating and air conditioning system unit. This is what I do personally because buying new air filters every few months is a real pain in the rear for me. The other thing you should do in addition to keeping up on your air filters of your central heating and air conditioning system is to keep your house clean. Dusting and wiping everything down also helps. House cleaning once a month is the 2nd thing.
