The Greek Family That Owns the Eatery Makes Amazing Food

In the neighborhood that I live in there is this small Greek eatery that offers world class food.

The eatery has been open for over 75 years and has taken care of the classic taste the entire time.

Despite how mouth-watering the food is, if you were to head there to eat for the first time and had no forehand knowledge, you wouldn’t think that this venue was going to be honestly wonderful due to its old-school atmosphere. Instead of having fancy seating with hostesses wearing tacky uniforms, this Greek eatery sits on the other side of the spectrum. There are only half a dozen or so tables, hardly any area at all, and there is always music playing so loud from the back of the kitchen that you can’t hear your dinner partners well. On top of it all, since the eatery is so small, the heat coming from the kitchen area always leaves the little eatery feeling sizzling and humid regardless of the season. A high quality equipment would most likely remedy this excessive heat, but this venue only has 1 aged ceiling fan and I don’t think they are planning and HVAC purchase anytime soon. Eating at a venue that looks somewhat outdated from the outside and has no might sound care about an experience you wouldn’t get a kick out of, but since the food is so wonderful nobody who ever visits even worries about the little flaws. One day when I saw the owner at the park all of us started chatting about his little eatery and I mentioned that I appreciate the aged school way of running it they employ. Once I told him this he said something that I thought was fantastic. He looked at myself and others and said, “My grandparents didn’t need a fancy equipment to make amazing food, and neither do I”. He sure is correct about that!
