Sporadically I wish that my family could just learn to respect boundaries.

I know that this is something nobody was educated on when my friend and I were growing up in my household.

In fact, there was no such thing as respecting a word that the other humans said. My buddy and I were all consistently locked in battle, trying to impress our will on others. Today, I am cheerful to report that adulthood has gave some distance from my tumultuous family. However, every time I see them they make sure to remind me of the boundless upbringing I endured. Namely, by refusing to accept my indoor air temperature control settings plus insisting on ruining my thermostat control unit when I am not looking. You see, my family is convinced that they know everything. This includes the best indoor air temperature plus air quality control settings. Even though my friend and I live in wildly diverse weather conditionss, they assume that my indoor air temperature is not appropriate to contend with the air uneven temperatures plus air quality outside. I am consistently trying to convince them that my central heating, cooling, plus air quality control system is programmed for my own energy Efficiency needs plus optimal air temperature range. However, whenever they visit they do everything in their power to reset my thermostat control program. I have genuinely asked them to leave my indoor air handling devices alone about 50 times. Still, whenever they leave I will have a big thermostat programming project to tackle. Not to mention, all of the high utility bills I’ll get to pay from their continual thermostat assaults.
