New office in outdated building with outdated Heating plus A/C
For many years my supplier has been talking about expanding.
They have been dead set on acquiring another facility plus spreading our operations across the city. They believed that they could make a lot of extra money if they had a retail space on the west side rather than relying on all of their company in the center of the bustling metropolitan area. I do not disagree with their planning… But I wish that they were more satisfactory with the follow-through. You see, my supplier ultimately wound up acquiring an outdated building that my friend and I now have to labor in. The concern is, the indoor air quality is entirely horrendous. The building that they are utilizing has an aged Commercial heating, cooling, plus air quality control system that is supposed to supply high-quality indoor air throughout the entire 20,000 foot space, then unluckyly, the Commercial heating, cooling, plus ventilation units are clearly older than I am. They do not deliver accurate or efficient indoor air quality to a single part of the building, and as you walk through the big space you notice fluctuating tepid plus freezing patches in every room. The air consistently smells like something is burning or growing inside of the air duct. Worst of all, you cannot entirely rely on the heating or cooling system to operate in a consistent plus energy efficient manner. Some days the air conditioner unit plus forced air boiler work, plus some days they do not. When my supplier said they wanted to expand, they should have set aside money for a working Heating plus A/C system.
