My current furnace is not working right.

I thought for sure that my furnace was brand current because it was supposed to be, despite the fact that I am not so sure now, then when I first opened the box, I thought that it looked a little scuffed up, despite the fact that I sort of just ignored it because I was so happy to have a current heater.

I use a furnace in my kitchen every night because it gets so chilly in my room. I had a furnace for many years, however it stopped working last winter, so I decided to get a current one for this winter. Well, my so-called current furnace is not genuinely current I don’t think. I tried calling the business that I obtained the furnace from, however they won’t answer my calls. I just don’t know what to do to be honest. I also tried texting that same business about the heater, and they study my text however did not answer. Unluckyly, I just looked up some reviews on the business that I obtained the furnace from, and supposedly, they have sold some other used boilers saying that they were brand current heaters. I can’t guess that they were able to get away with it. I wish that I would have looked up reviews on the business that I obtained the furnace from, despite the fact that I was so sick of looking at boilers that I didn’t even take the time to double check the source that I was buying the furnace from. I am not going to provide up until I get a current furnace or at least sue the business that sold me the used heater.
