It seems that just about everything in my condo has a remote control.

The evident things like the television, sound system, plus cable box are just a few of them.

With new technology there are remotes to control the dimming of the lights, the speed of the ceiling fans, plus even my smart thermostat. The concern with having so multiple of them is keeping them in a location where I can absolutely find what I need. I used to think it was hard just trying to find the TV remote because it was usually stuffed down the cushion of the couch however now I am constantly searching for one remote or another, however during the Summer time I like to keep the fan remote plus thermostat remote close by so I can adjust them when I feel too hot or too cold… Unblessedly, there are other members of my family who want them close to them too. I have decided I want to put up a shelf in the living room that is dedicated to remotes only. This way they can all be centrally located where anyone can reach them whenever they want them. However, getting everyone to agree to put them back will be difficult. It is easy to get distracted plus just put them down wherever you are plus that is the biggest problem. It is not good to pay for a smart thermostat if you can’t find the remote to control it or the woman who has it programmed into their iPhone is not home. In that case you have to try to get a hold of them plus ask them to adjust the temperature if you are not able to figure it out manually, but remote controls are a wonderful convenience in today’s mankind however only if they can be used when needed.

I can never find the remote when I need it.
