I guess the restaurant didn’t get the memo that Winter season’s here
In fact, I only grew colder still! When I asked the waitress about the thermostat settings inside the eatery, she informed me that the owner had forgotten to have the Heating plus A/C plan professionally tuned up this year, but now, the central heating plan wasn’t usable until their regular commercial Heating plus A/C workers got back into town
Every once in a while I wonder about how people can make so many excruciatingly bad decisions. It seems obvious that what needs to be done in many circumstances; and yet Somehow, people still tend to make the wrong choices, for instance, I think it’s quite predictable that cold Winter season air is going to invade our local space every October or maybe even September. It happens each year, plus there has never been a single Winter season on record where the area didn’t face significant temperature decreases. Still, somehow people seem surprised by this change in temperature every single year. I can tell you, my co-workers have not yet figured out that warm clothing is a necessity after October. My roommates are still buzzing over the idea that they needed to contact the property manager for a pilot relight each winter season. And apparently, my preferred eating establishment never understood that they would need to operate a central heating plan by the time September came around. I can tell you this, because I stopped in for a nice meal last night plus was shivering and shaking in my boots the whole time. When I first walked into the restaurant, I believed that the air temperature was shockingly cold. Compared to the outside air, it still felt a tad bit warmer, so I sat myself down plus waited for my body to adjust to these temperature changes. In fact, I only grew colder still! When I asked the waitress about the thermostat settings inside the eatery, she informed me that the owner had forgotten to have the Heating plus A/C plan professionally tuned up this year, but now, the central heating plan wasn’t usable until their regular commercial Heating plus A/C workers got back into town. I couldn’t help myself, I looked directly at her plus asked, “How on earth… did the owner forget about Winter season?”
