Someday when I have my own apartment and I am not renting an apartment, I would love to have a lot of replaced things in my home. The property that I am renting now is truly ancient. My proprietor gave some TVs that are truly old, and not to mention the thermostat on the wall are turn dials. The thermostats are not digital and I am hoping that in the next month or so he will change out the thermostat to either a digital thermostat or a smart thermostat. I have told him plenty of times that installing a more replaced thermostat will save him money because you can set the thermostat on a schedule. When I own my own apartment someday I truly want a smart thermostat. This will allow me to control the temperature of my loft when I am away from it or when I am close to my home. During the winter season time I like to set my thermostat up higher than what I have it set to where I am not home, so when I arrive loft my apartment will be nice and warm. I also want a truly efficient furnace. The furnace that I have in my property now is truly old. It’s those radiant heaters that are linked to the wall. At times I do not even know how it works so I have to call my proprietor and sometimes he does not know how it works so he has to call the Heating and A/C contractor to maintain the heating. One afternoon I will have a apartment that has a smart thermostat and superb heating and cooling.
