I think I have had the last dinner out ruined due to horrible heating plus A/C. This has happened far too often plus I seem to just keep letting it repeat itself. I can remember when my amazing fiance plus I would get all ready to go out for a dining experience. Both of us are sort of foodies, so we each just loved going out for meals. We met as colleagues working in the hospitality industry locally. Food and beverage was a huge section of our labor lives. This led to both of us developing a sincere affinity for a great dining experience. We were trained early that it’s common for heating plus A/C to be a vital component in an overall appealing dining experience. That stage of our life is kind of over given the demands plus expense of raising a family. We are still deeply enamored with food. It’s just that the two of us do more of the dining at home these afternoons. Yet, there is still this little diner nearby that we really prefer to sneak away to. Their food is simply always flawless. The ingredients are sourced locally plus each menu item is made exactly to order. However, they are just killing us with the outdated heating plus A/C program they employ. Our region is one where the heat is nearly omnipresent, so heating plus A/C is a major factor for almost everyone here. This makes it so much harder to fathom what the owner of our favorite diner is actually thinking. Has she been working in hot home offices so long that she doesn’t even recognize proper heating plus A/C cooling when she feels it? This last visit may have been our last. However, I did take the opportunity to share our feelings about the heating plus A/C or lack thereof. The director said that this was a frequent complaint but ownership was resistant to replacing the heating plus A/C. Too excruciating because they are sinking their business.
