Lenny & his buddies had the best Springtime.

He is an inventor & finally he’d gotten the large cut he’d been seeking since he was a teenager.

Lenny got a call from this supplier last winter time asking about one of his inventions. He found it weird since this wasn’t anything too fancy, but evidently it solved a large issue for them. They flew some execs to see him, then Lenny flew to their headquarters to start the negotiation process. He’d sell them the patent for the invention & other rights. And he wanted to retain some to secure his future. Well, come Springtime this year, the deal was done & hastily Lenny was flash with money. He decided to treat his friends who had opened up their homes & couches to him when he was struggling. Lenny had finally managed to buy a small house, but he never forgot them. By the time summer time came around, he had to know about his AC since his home was becoming too hot. Lenny almost forgot to contact the local Heating & A/C supplier for AC repair, however during Springtime, he made it his mission to make sure all his friends’ needs were met. So, he didn’t remember to arrange for AC repair in his home. It’s only when he turned the cooling component on that it hit him he hadn’t had an Heating & A/C expert do a tune up. Lenny had a modern Heating & A/C system & didn’t want any issues with the cooling system. So, he made the right booking since he wanted to guarantee the AC was working all summer.
