Lenny had a new HVAC system and didn’t want any issues with the cooling system

Lenny and his buddies had the best spring. He is an inventor and finally he’d gotten the big break he’d been seeking since he was a teenager. Lenny got a call from this company last winter asking about one of his inventions. He found it odd since this wasn’t anything too fancy, but apparently it solved a huge issue for them. They flew some execs to see him, then Lenny flew to their headquarters to start the negotiation process. He’d sell them the patent for the invention and other rights. And he wanted to retain some to secure his future. Well, come spring this year, the deal was done and suddenly Lenny was flash with cash. He decided to treat his friends who had opened up their homes and couches to him when he was struggling. Lenny had finally managed to buy a small house, but he never forgot them. By the time summer came around, he had to think about his AC since his home was becoming too hot. Lenny almost forgot to contact the local HVAC business for AC maintenance. During spring, he made it his mission to make sure all his friends’ needs were met. So, he didn’t remember to arrange for AC maintenance in his home. It’s only when he turned the cooling unit on that it hit him he hadn’t had an HVAC expert do a tune up. Lenny had a new HVAC system and didn’t want any issues with the cooling system. So, he made the right booking since he wanted to guarantee the AC was working all summer.
