Not a smooth start to air conditioning

Not a smooth start to air conditioning

It was a bit moderate in the property the other day and I flipped the temperature control to cooling

I’m still trying to figure out my thinking when it came to the central air conditioning in our house. The central air conditioning in our property is comprised of a gas furnace for heating and a heat pump for cooling. Since my buddy and I live way up north, the gas furnace and the heating particularly get more attention, but really, that’s only natural. For sure, I’m super glad to have the heat pump. The air conditioning unquestionably does come in handy during June and September. The peak heating hours during the day particularly need some air conditioning. But most days, we’re able to turn it off and even open the windows if it’s not too humid. Yet, it’s the heating that I’m consistently thinking of, and our winter time can be ferocious and nobody wants to be put in a situation where they don’t have fantastic heating. So of course, I make sure the Heating and A/C professionals come out each Fall to do the heating maintenance on the gas furnace. I don’t think we’ve ever missed any Heating and A/C maintenance on the gas furnace since we’ve been here. That said, I’ve not been near as consistent about the air conditioning tune ups. In fact, I can’t recall, off the top of my head, just when I had the last one done on the heat pump. So it unquestionably should be no surprise that the air conditioning has failed. It was a bit moderate in the property the other day and I flipped the temperature control to cooling. It was clear right away that something was wrong and I called the Heating and A/C business. Turns out that the air conditioning tune up is just as pressing to be consistent with as the heating maintenance.
