It looks like I may have one neighbor from the States moving in and maybe move here to the neighborhood from overseas.

We shared the house together for a few months, but I now have a pretty good housemate so it is going smoothly with her.

I don’t want to chase her away or ask her to find an alternative. We will just watch how things go from here with my new friend who is also a musician. I believe it will work out just fine. The new friend may join our band because of her excellent skills in playing the keyboard. Besides that she is also a Heating and A/C professional, meaning we could work together both at the band and at the local cooling and heating company I worked for. My hope is that you are having a beautiful day and enjoying life as the days go by. My space heating system is not doing okay and stopped working the previous day. Besides that, I am not sure it is going to continue to work. I suspect it could be an internal fuse or something, but I am not good at repairing heating devices. As such, I will either toss it out or have it taken to an expert and get it fixed at the local HVAC repair shop down the road. First though I am going to wash the floors and walls in the house, then get the cats fed so everyone is happy back home. I will also wash the HEPA filter and then I will finally head to the beach to enjoy some natural weather conditions control.
