Whenever I open my window it is so hot and humid that I wake up with dripping sheets because of the hot and humid conditions in the room

After doing all the work, all that is left to do is the yoga session and the morning is done. Choosing to take some time off my online work, all I looked forward to was enjoying the morning with pals. However, I needed to confirm it with my housemate because she got all miserable the last timeI was away in the month of June. Usually, my room, which is the smallest, gets too hot at night if it isn’t cold outside. Now that the outdoor weather is getting warmer, the discomfort has already kicked in. The air conditioner cools down my room and also makes it easy for me to sleep better, but it’s unfortunate that the AC is in my roommate’s room and she has an issue with the noise as it keeps her awake at night. I told her to try some earplugs even though she said that she can’t sleep with them, which is pretty much the only solution my friend and I have for this because I need to have an air conditioner for my room or it is too boiling to sleep. In the summer, the air conditioner unit runs throughout, both day and night since the nights are too hot and it happens that temperatures only drop down to 84 degrees F outside, not to mention the high humidity levels. Whenever I open my window it is so hot and humid that I wake up with dripping sheets because of the hot and humid conditions in the room. A good AC unit is becoming a requirement for us and I hope that my roommate can adjust to accommodate it. The alternative would be for her to leave.
