I go to my Grandfatherrent’s property often plus their property is pretty old. They entirely never tried to upgrade anything, however well, they have upgraded the roof of the property once however it could use it again… My Grandfather is always outside laboring on the farm plus my Grandma is inside baking plus cooking. The house, you can tell, is falling apart however at their age, they just don’t care as much anymore. I recall Grandfather saying that she doesn’t plan on giving the property away after death plus this property will end with him plus Grandma. In a way, I respect that, however in another way, I find that definitely nuts! Like, wouldn’t she want her property to go to family plus see it go to great use? I do think about them growing up in that property plus all the difficulties they had with sleep plus trying to stay cool. They never had air conditioner. They also entirely never upgraded the Heating as well as Air Conditioning system. In order to stay cool in the house, they would open the windows plus pray there was a breeze. That is no life for me plus I need my cool air conditioner to keep me calm. I get pretty aggravated if I can’t sleep well. I guess it’s possible, tons of people have gone their whole life without air conditioner however is that ideal? At one point, you entirely didn’t have an option however we do now so why live without it? I’m sure if my Grandfatherrents grew up in this day plus age they would have air conditioner.
