We have a 100% chance of rain tomorrow so we may play music tonight and get it over with. I am on the fence about playing later but I think if we just go ahead and play I will be happy that we did. It will be slower on the streets by the big church where we play, as it is a weekday and less tourists are here, but that means that there is also less competition for the good spot where we like to play. Plus when there are less people watching we can do more experimental stuff. Cooling down in the day with air conditioning while I do my writing is good for me because it gets quite hot out there playing in the sun, so having a little climate control while I am home working is good for conserving my energy. I am working now in the morning and usually get my work done by the time 3pm rolls around so that I have time to relax and do a little bit of songwriting before we go out and play. I have a girl who wants me to help teach her about HVAC systems later and I will need some time for that, or if I don’t have time, I’m sure my cooling and heating system will be around another day to show her how it all works. We are going to be working together next week on a big commercial job and I have been training all the techs and reps on how the operation works for our company.
