My friend has an old hot water boiler that they use for their heater.
And recently they had a bad issue with the hot water boiler leaking on them.
This was making it so that their home was not getting the respected heating in it. The complication and major trouble with hot water boilers these days is that it can be pretty tough for people to find heating and air conditioning companies that have certified heating and air conditioning specialists that can and know how to repair hot water boilers. This is the main reason I do not have a hot water boiler in my home these days as much as I’d like to. My friend had a major issue getting the local heating and air conditioning company to have a heating and cooling specialist come out to repair the hot water boiler leak because they needed to have someone around there older that knew about hot water boilers! It simply took them 2 days to get someone out there because of this and in the meantime my friend had to go stay at a hotel for 2 nights because he had to shut off the water to the hot water boiler and have absolutely no heating in his home until the heating and air conditioning specialist could come out and do some repair to fix it. It has been really cold and chilly here lately as well, so the hotel stay was a no option kind of thing. I felt so bad for him. I am just cheerful. I have the most modern, new and brand new and up-to-date central heating and air conditioner in my home!
