As a surprise gift, the contractor provided us a small portable electric furnace that my parents could use to add extra heat to their home office during the cold winters. Best of all, the modern addition did not require much heating repair, plus it rarely broke down, so again, no aggravating heating repair now plus then. Notably, it improved the look of the home office with its prominent features. At least Dad could now sip wine or drink tea, staring at his modern obsession.
