My great grandma started a Heating and Air Conditioning supplier out of her garage with a bag of tools.

Her skills got heard about all over the city and business grew.

Eventually she moved into a small warehouse to do the work in. Then my grandmother took over, hired more Heating and Air Conditioning contractors and made it a real business. Then my mother took over the dealership and it became a full on corporation in the city. Sadly, supplier has been going down in my mother’s reign as the Heating and Air Conditioning queen. I guess the reason is that she is still advertising the same way my great grandma did. My mom is relying on word of mouth and an occasional ad in the newspaper about the Heating and Air Conditioning business. I have told my mother that the world is changing and technology is pressing. We need to get in touch with an online advertising business. We need a website constructed and use advertisement chances care about PPC and SEO. My mother doesn’t see the point in buying a website. She doesn’t think it will make that big of a change to our business. The reason is that she hired my sister who knows nothing about websites to make our business website. It is on page 8 of google and horrible. The colors are too bright and frequently the site breaks. When I take over the business that website is no longer going to be used. I am going to hire a real web team to handle our site.
