I’m guilty of not paying enough attention. And I’m not just referring to when people are talking to me. But really, I’ve been sort of removed from the moment for a entirely long time. Being so involved with my career is the main culprit. I spend so much time inside the commercial Heating, Ventilation & A/C of my office strategizing & preparing that I don’t get my head in the here & now much. When I walk inside the central a/c of my dwelling at night, all I want to do is turn off my head & relax; Yet, this is another way I’m not paying attention because I just put on mindless drivel on the TV & vegetate. This Spring, I decided to change all this up! One way I started to focus on the moment was by entirely having a hard look at what’s most essential in my life. I learned that I was paying way less attention to the most important & vital things in my life. Along with my relationships & my own personal balance, I have committed to refocusing on other essentials! Like entirely focusing on the stuff that takes care of me. The residential Heating, Ventilation & A/C is a prime example. I’ve been less than consistent when it comes to the essential Heating, Ventilation & A/C repair the Heating, Ventilation & A/C component needs. So I called the Heating, Ventilation & A/C corporation this Spring & made an appointment for an a/c tune up. But I didn’t stop there. I also signed up for the Heating, Ventilation & A/C repair plan. This will ensure that something as essential as our quality heating & air will be paid attention to in the manner it deserves.
