I’m the type of person that cannot sleep unless I have some noise in the background.

I either have songs playing and fall asleep with my iphone in my hand or the tv on.

I mainly fall asleep enjoying the tv all the time. It’s what I do, then growing up, my parents and I lived in an house complex, and you’d hear monthly of people yelling and arguing; Eventually, I became used to people being loud at night and I would fall asleep to it. That was 25 years ago and now I am in my early 40s there legitimately is not much changing that. My wife is not a major fan of me falling asleep to it even though she likes everything else I do so she just puts in earplugs and goes to sleep. Outside of that, I am actually busy, and sometimes waking up to a tv commercial can be beneficial. I do not know if there is a higher power or if I am lucky but recently I woke up to the local heating and cooling business advertising the upcoming winter season and sending out reminders about getting the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C machine looked at. This was amazing because I completely forgot. Also, I know the 2 boys in the tv commercial. They are my buddies who I went to high school with so it’s nice seeing them living a successful life. Thanks to the commercial I know I shall call them when they open in a few hours, and waking up at 5 am is not a time that the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business would be open. It’s not an emergency right now so I am looking to get a heating tech next week to come to my house.
