Carol and Beth have been roommates for 5 years now, and they care about living together, they even managed to retain their house while in the pandemic when many people had to transport back home.

The two have known each other since college, and they care about their living situation.

They’ve had other people wanting to rent the 3rd study room in the apartment, but they chose to leave that as their office, beth works in an office in the city, but at times she has to bring work home, and she enjoys being in their office, and carol works from apartment after she lands remote jobs in college… She’s typically loved writing and is even working on a book, so remote jobs are the best for her. This is one of the reasons they opted to leave the second study room as an office. Carol gets there at 7 am and begins her work afternoon. But there are times she is there from early because she has so much to do and her boss needs results. She writes blogs for HVAC websites, and now works for more than 2 shoppers. Beth tried doing the remote jobs, although she only manages to do a few each month because she has a tied up full time job, and well, at least the HVAC blogs help Beth spend my money her share of the utilities in the house. But, for Carol, this is her full time job , and she works for 3 bizarre companies; It’s taxing because she has deadlines, although she is also happy she never has to deal with traffic and crazy weather heading to the office, on such nights, Beth is typically grumpy.
