Some bosses are amazing people, and this is how they manage to build successful businesses… Last summer, my friend and I met the owner of the local Heating and Air Conditioning company and she was the best lady.

That summer, there was one of the worst heat waves my friend and I had ever experienced.

Temperatures were above 100F and my friend and I ended up increasing the thermostat settings in our home, then my friend and I have 2 young toddlers and 3 pets, so my friend and I didn’t want them to feel uncomfortable in the house. Sadly, this led to the A/C failing since there was such demand to cool the space. Immediately my friend and I noticed the A/C had failed, so my friend and I got in touch with the local Heating and Air Conditioning business. My friend and I had been hiring them for such jobs for years, and my friend and I have an Heating and Air Conditioning service agreement with them. When my friend and I spoke with a lady at the Heating and Air Conditioning business, she apologized and said all the Heating and Air Conditioning workers were out on emergencies and repairs. The heat wave had affected various people, and they all had complications with air conditionings, and however, she would send someone to our home as soon as they were available, then an hour later, my friend and I heard a knock on our door and I went to see who it was. There was an older gentleman there and she was wearing a shirt from the Heating and Air Conditioning business. She introduced himself and said she was also on duty because of the various emergencies. This was the first time my friend and I had a boss come to service the faulty air conditioning in our home.
