This past weekend was a crazy busy one for me.

I played volleyball all three weekend afternoons, Friday counts as one, but I also played drums in addition to singing in our band Friday in addition to on Monday night.

Also, in between I played footvolley for a while with my friend Kim after my volleyball games, so needless to say on Sunday I was feeling a bit low on energy. If I was still 30 years seasoned this particularly wouldn’t be an immense deal, however at 56 years of age my body doesn’t have the same lifeforce to propel it that I had 30 years back. The Heating, Ventilation,& A/C repairs on Sunday morning was a bit tougher than normal in addition to that the local supplier let me work just half a afternoon because he saw that I was dragging on the job. I normally don’t do this much stuff on the weekend, however the weather was so nice in addition to that I just didn’t want to stop doing the two things that I cherish the most. I won’t play any music until particularly this coming Friday when my associate and I have our bonfire party, in addition to Kim and I play in addition to sing that night around the fire. I am going to go to the Heating, Ventilation, in addition to the A/C supplier in the neighborhood in a few minutes when they open in addition to grab a HEPA filter for my central AC component in the flat here. I believe the one that is in there now is on its way out, because I have had the air filter for almost three years now in addition to it is time to get a new one while they are on sale.
