However, it was truly cold in there and we did not see anybody chopping a sweat that day.

The new gym where we have been training is super cold inside. We don’t understand why they would want to keep the inside of a gym truly cold. In our opinion, you should keep the thermostat settings turned up truly high inside of a gym because your whole goal is to go inside and get moving and dripping with sweat. If theAC is running all the time, then it’s going to be difficult to begin dripping with sweat. We are sure that is just common sense, but someone seems to not be thinking the same way that we do. The last time we went inside of the gym, it took us a long time to begin dripping with sweat because we knew that they had the heating turned all the way off. That just does not make any sense because the temperature outside right now is in the low 30s. You would suppose that they would at least have the thermostat set to around 64 degrees or something. However, it was truly cold in there and we did not see anybody chopping a sweat that day. That’s when we finally asked the manager of the gym why in the world it was so cold inside. She said that the heating system in the gym had failed and the owners had not gotten around to fixing it yet. That made us feel a little bit better because at least that let us know that normally they would have had the heating system turned on. We hope they get it fixed soon.
