It started with prickling in my nose, and then soon after, I started sneezing as I walked around the house, which is when I knew there was a problem with the air quality.

I called the heating business, but due to a power outage the previous night, they had heating equipment to attend to, and they could only slot me in for the afternoon. I cleaned every nook and cranny in my home regularly, and I was sure that it had nothing to do with the dust in my house. When I called the HVAC supplier, I forgot that my wireless thermostat was giving the wrong readings, but the heating technician could efficiently address it when he came. The HVAC professional came at around four o’clock for heater maintenance. He thoroughly inspected the electric heat pump and told me it needed maintenance and ductwork required cleaning. I talked to him about the air purification system I had seen, and he told me it was a good idea. However, the air would improve considerably with the HEPA filter, servicing the electric heater, and cleaning. That evening I enjoyed indoor comfort that I had not experienced in a long time. The HVAC serviceman was good on his word about not needing an extra gadget. The electric heating system was doing remarkably well regarding indoor air quality.
