When we were leaving for the trip, we had hired an HVAC expert to do an inspection. He came a day before we were to travel to inspect the heat pump in our home. We were suspicious that it was failing, but we wanted the opinion of the HVAC expert before writing it off. The HVAC expert agreed that it was time to replace the heat pump with something more modern, and efficient. He left us with their website where they have an online store.
