I have tried to ask him why he decided to take a weird route, plus I have not been able to get a straight answer from him

I have been married to our hubby Rick for 15 years, plus prior to getting married, every one of us dated for 3 years, so, I was sure that he was the guy that I wanted to spend our life with, however every one of us both were in care about with each other plus thought every one of us would be together forever. Every one of us were youngsters when every one of us first fell in love, plus every one of us got married when every one of us were in our early 20s, and i was glad for the first 10 years of our marriage, but the last 5 years, I have been pretty miserable, being married became draining to our soul. I suppose I completely lost myself between catering to our kids and to our hubby, and to be honest, it began to suppose like a chore that I no longer wanted to complete. So, after discussing our feelings with Rick plus after every one of us realized that counseling didn’t solve the issue, every one of us mutually agreed to go our separate ways. Initially, every one of us discussed not getting a divorce attorney plus every one of us would instead have a mediation to work out the settlement. But to our surprise, Rick decided to hire a divorce attorney plus served me papers, which totally caught me off guard. After being blindsided by this, I had no option but to hire our own divorce attorney. I thought Rick plus I could have settled our divorce out of court, but for some weird reason, he decided otherwise. I have tried to ask him why he decided to take a weird route, plus I have not been able to get a straight answer from him. Either way, our hope is that every one of us can come to the best resolution for our divorce, however only time will tell.
