I guess that the concept of selling our family home was something that I had a taxing time reconciling. And the realtor honestly did come on awfully strong to the point of being rude. But sporadically these things happen. The hour time my buddy and I met Buddy and I got it all worked out inside the central a/c of our home. It’s sort of funny that Buddy and I all sat at the table in the a/c sipping lemonade to come to some sort of understanding. The next time I met with the realtor, I felt honestly discorrect in our home. Buddy tried to call myself and others as well as reassure myself and others that this agent was just doing her task. But the only thing this lady said was awful stuff about the house. It was like my buddy and I had to redo the whole locale before she felt it was worthy to be listed. And when she came around to the Heating as well as Air Conditioning equipment, that seemed to be the last straw for me. I thanked her kindly then showed her to the door. Buddy was sort of aghast as this lady was a highly sought after realtor. But I wasn’t going to deal with something so harsh as selling the home where I raised our family as well as a snooty realtor as well. I believe that she felt sort of awkward too because she called the entirely next morning to ask for a 2nd meeting. And that is when Buddy and I sat inside at the kitchen table as well as she showed us the comps as well as the sales data when it came to residential Heating as well as Air Conditioning. She was right about that as Buddy and I got a good price for our family home.
