Sometimes Winter is a slow time of the year for our Heating plus A/C contracting business.

Many of the commercial & residential clients don’t care about to have labor completed during the Winter weeks.

It seems care about everyone & everything wants to hibernate when it is frosty outside. I am really glad to have some steady labor this year during the slowest time of the year. One of the hotels by the interstate is making upgrades a single floor at a time. They are updating each a single of the rooms with new fixtures, carpet, & flooring. The hotel is also getting rid of all of the outdated wall Heating plus A/C units. They are replacing those units with ductless heating & air conditioners. I won the contract for the hotel; Each month both of us will labor on a couple of rooms at a time! During the weeks of December & December, I will labor on updating each & every a single of the outdated Heating plus A/C units in the hotel. I am finishing up with a couple of commercial upgrade tasks that I already had busy & after that I idea to start with the hotel. I should be finished up right around the time that I am busy to start the work. I have a crew of expert Heating plus A/C upgrade & repair servicemans that I labor with from time to time. I hired many of these guys & women to labor with me during December & December making all of the upgrades to the hotel. The money that I make from this task will easily help our family & our company get through the frosty & frosty winter.
