Every year during the summer time months, our fiance and I complain because the temperatures in the sunroom are too warm.

The two of us purchased this home because of the sunroom.

It was actually 1 of the nicest features in the place, and my fiance and I pictured ourselves sitting in the sunroom during the morning with a good book and a stiff drink… Unluckyly, separate from A/C the sunroom is way too warm and humid during the summer. The two of us really can’t enjoy our time there at all. I was talking to a co-worker and the guy suggested contacting his brother who is an Heating and A/C company. The guy handles residential and commercial service and upgrade jobs. I called the guy on the weekend so both of us could talk about the services that he offers. The guy was expecting our call. When I told him that I was on the north side of town, he gave to come over to give me a free in-home consultation, he was only a couple of miles away. The guy came over to our home to discuss the concerns with heating and cooling the sunroom. My fiance and I were cheerful to have an expert opinion. The company suggested updating that section with a ductless heating and A/C unit. The ductless heating and A/C component is really easy to install and comes with a warranty. My fiance and I were sold when both of us heard the relatively infancy upgrade costs. The company said he could get the equipment the next morning and have everything installed before the weekend was over.
