Every one of us love the simplicity of our trips to the lake house so we weren’t all that eager to change anything up.

In essence, I recognize that we didn’t want to fool with the integrity of the stadium so we didn’t plan on updating it.

But finally, it just became quite obvious that we particularly needed to update the central Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C equipment at least; Our trips to the lake house have been in the family for a long time & it sits in a quaint tourist location. It is set up on the side of a particularly tall hill out of the city & provides amazing views. It’s the perfect spot for us to get out of the city! The Wintertime is not too difficult out here & there is a wood stove for heating. I prefer an old wood stove because it provides such a cozy heating. But the summer season can get a bit humid at times & we have always put a window air conditioner in. But this seemed to be a bit too old. While we prefer the wood stove, it sure is nice to have the ductless heat pump we just had the local Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C company install. This allows us to get some heating on when we get there before we light the stove. But more to the point we now have Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C cooling throughout the lake house while I was during the summer season. The air conditioner is just far superior to what we had. I’m also content that the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C updates with the ductless heat pumps didn’t impact the Integrity of our cute house, then every one of us still have that lovely feeling in our lakeside vacation house however still got an Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C update.
