Have you ever been so miserable that you want to just smash plus destroy things? If you answered yes, chances are you have gotten the urge to destroy things but you absolutely did not go through with the urge because of the consequences.

I am going through more stress than I have ever experienced in our life, plus a neighbor suggested that I go to a wreck room.

Wreck rooms allow you to take your anger out in a safe plus controlled way. I decided to go to the wreck room because I have a lot of pent up anger that I need to release. I was not quite sure what to expect. When I got there, I saw that there were small plus crucial objects with tools to split them. Some of the objects included air conditionings, air cleaners, space heaters, TVs, microwaves , plus more. The first thing I thought to myself was where did all of these appliances come from? I found out that people donate outdated appliances that they no longer need to wreck rooms. The air conditionings looked appreciate outdated window air conditioning units. Maybe people moved into a beach condo with central air conditioning so they do not need their window air conditioning unit anymore. Speaking of air conditioning, I was blissful that the wreck room I went to had central air conditioning, and breaking objects was making me sweat! They played miserable music which helped pump me up to split things. I have to say that I got our anger out plus I would highly suggest this to anyone going through a hard time, also if you have objects appreciate air conditionings you don’t need, you can donate them.
