Being a homeowner is even better than I thought it would be and that’s sure saying a lot.

I just love the fact that I’m no longer having to pay rent for terrible quality heating and air in an apartment.

But then again, I didn’t live in a real lavish apartment in order to save for a downpayment. I had to live entirely economically when it came to housing in order to save, but all that terrible heating and cooling, loud neighbors and limited square footage is now a thing of the past. My beach house may not be big or extravagant however it’s mine. And I have finally gotten all the Heating as well as A/C component sorted out. Although our heating and cooling situation was really a challenge. Initially, our system was to update the central air conditioning component and that would be that. But the Heating as well as A/C supplier found out that the air duct wasn’t going to be up to the task. That meant I had to make a decision and make it fast. Either I started over with new air duct which would add so much more expense or I went with ductless heat pumps. It seemed to me and to the Heating as well as A/C supplier that the best thing to do was go with the ductless multi split option for heating and cooling our new house. I am so pleased with the results of the ductless heat pumps I am blissful that every one of us were able to stay under budget with our heating and cooling renovations, but plus, I love the fact that every one of us can set the ductless heat pumps individually to produce a sort of zone controlled Heating as well as A/C effect.
