You have to do the work
I have a young person in our Heating plus Air Conditioning contractor who constantly complained.
Pat was fatigued because his newborn baby kept him up all evening.
Pat said His stomach felt frustrated because his spouse didn’t have time to make a real breakfast for him. Pat had to do all of the laundry because his spouse wasn’t feeling well; Every time someone asked Pat to do something, he would give them a reason not to do it. After hearing so much baloney for 2 weeks, I had enough. Other people were complaining about Pat, however I was the only 1 who had the guts to say something. Pat started telling me how bad it was now that the baby was here. He thought that his spouse’s mood would change, but she was still fatigued plus didn’t have time for him. I patted Pat on his back plus said, ‘Poor Baby!’. He looked at me plus told me I didn’t understand. I told Pat numerous babies plus a hubby in the past numerous years. I worked all the time, and so did our hubby. If anyone should be fatigued plus not wanting to work, it would be me. Instead of complaining about everything, I told him to get back to the job plus o something. It would make him feel better, plus Pat would get a paycheck he acquired instead of given to him as compensation for being a modern father. Pat asked if I thought he was lazy? I smiled plus told him to ask me after I repaired the next furnace he didn’t have the energy to job on. I handed him a memo with a 2-week notice to terminate if he didn’t soon start acting like a better Heating plus Air Conditioning service tech
