Sometimes you have to draw the line when you’re trying to save money. That’s how it has been with us lately, anyway. We have been trying to save money on just about everything and so we are cutting corners whenever and wherever we can. I have been trying to keep from eating out all the time, but that’s really hard to do! I always want to eat out at restaurants just because I hate cooking. But eating out all the time is very expensive and I lose a whole lot of money because of it, that’s for sure. Whenever I want to eat out, I try to talk myself out of it just so that I can squirrel more money away in the bank. The other thing that I try to save money on is my heating and cooling system. I like to make sure that I keep the maintenance work completed and updated every few months or so just to make sure that the HVAC system is going to be working properly. I love the HVAC company that I use, and even though they cost a little bit more than some of the other HVAC companies around, I don’t mind. I really don’t mind paying extra for this particular HVAC company because they do such a great job. I think that you really have to draw the line somewhere when you’re trying to save money and the indoor air quality in our home is very important to me. I just don’t think that we should cut corners when it comes to the indoor air quality in the house. I would rather pay less to eat out than to have bad indoor air quality!
