He lives in the city where I grew up. This lake house holds so many memories and has always been a safe haven for me, dad refused to transport from this venue since it’s where his brother and sibling live; Plus, he always says my mom’s spirit lives there, and he always wants to remain close to her. Dad was so ecstatic when I told him I’d be moving back because it was getting too fancy in the city. I was also upset he’d get lonely since people weren’t moving around and going to the local bars anymore. When I was home, I kept myself tied up by doing some repairs and replaces to improve the space. I also started to ease dad into thinking about increasing the heating and AC system. He had this aging heating and AC system which wasn’t as efficient. But, my dad isn’t the type of person who cares about change and would rather keep things as they were. Still, he knew this was pressing because his energy bill was absurdly high. The two of us got to speak with a local who is a heating and AC worker about replacing this aging unit. Dad wanted to think the benefits of getting a current heating and AC system. The primary reason was to lower energy costs. The hour reason was to improve air quality which was a big factor given dad’s age. By the time the guy had finished listing the benefits of a current heating and AC unit, dad was sold. He even wanted to think about the benefits of UV light upgrade in the heating and AC system.
