Have you ever noticed that certain love movies always have the same plot? The people’s names may be different, and their careers may be different, but the movie always ends the same way. I watched a movie with my wife recently about a girl who meets an HVAC technician. The girl was very new to the town, and she accidentally purchased a house with having an HVAC technician inspect the furnace and central air conditioner. Shortly after moving in, the furnace stopped working, and the girl was concerned that she would not be able to afford to hire an HVAC technician that could fix the furnace. However, she had a neighbor that came to check on her, and he happened to notice that her furnace wasn’t working. He happened to be an HVAC technician, and he decided to fix her furnace for free. She was very grateful, and she and the HVAC technician became close. That was before she met someone from the city, who really wanted to get to know her. He wasn’t interested in a relationship and only wanted her for his own pleasure. The HVAC technician recognized this and tried to convince the girl to stay away from the other guy. When the other guy didn’t get what he wanted from the girl, he grew abusive. Thankfully, the HVAC technician was there to protect the girl and get the other guy away. The HVAC technician and the girl got married and lived happily ever after. Even though I had never seen a love story featuring an HVAC technician, the plot remained the same.
