Nobody is a greater wimp when they get sick than me. It’s all I can do just to not become a burden on my entire household. When I get sick, our family is looking to get out of the quality heating plus AC of the apartment as often as possible. But it turns out that our quality heating plus air conditioning in the apartment plays into our respiratory health. I’ve noticed over the past few years that our colds have hung on longer plus longer. My husband Bob was having none of that when I got sick this past Spring. However, I wanted to know the cause of this lingering illness myself so I went along with Bob’s plans. I was quite surprised to find that our prescription did not come with a trip to the pharmacy. I was told to get a lot of rest, get fluids plus all that kind of deal. However, the nurse also told myself and Bob to call the Heating plus A/C supplier to get our Heating plus A/C air ducts cleaned. He said that the ductwork cleaning would particularly help our immune response when it comes to these types of respiratory illness. I had no way of knowing that dirty ductwork could worsen a respiratory ailment. So it looks appreciate ductwork cleaning is now on the current regimen.
