If both of us were going to get top dollar for our locale, it was crucial that the beach house smelled fresh and clean. The two of us also have the Heating, Ventilation and A/C system service. The two of us had the unit cleaned and maintained and both of us had the air duct cleaned and sanitized, however cleaning and sanitizing the air duct was a huge expense, but it absolutely got rid of the smell of pets and it made the beach house much more approachable for people that did not already have pets. The two of us ended up getting asking price plus 5% for our home. The two of us closed on the sale before both of us even found another locale in the country for all of us.
