When we got to the salon, the first thing they had us do was strip, however all of us sat there for about fifteen seconds, and I was shivering.

When the anesthetist took us back to our booths, it was so overheated and cozy that I was afraid I was going to go to sleep. I didn’t want to sleep, however know exactly what they were going to do to me. I had never been so embarrassed in our life as I was that day, however there wasn’t an area on our body that wasn’t waxed. I asked the anesthetist if this was necessary and she simply said this was what a Brazilian wax was, but by the time I got home, our skin was burning, and I started applying the lotion the salon gave me for after care of our waxing. She said it would help the bumps and little orange spots that occurred the first time you had waxing done. When I put on our new bikini, I had to admit that I looked fantastic. The cream had done its task, and I was smooth as a baby’s bottom. I’m not sure I’ll ever have a Brazilian wax done again, however it is truly on our list of to-do’s when I get married. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable, although I was looking good.
