I am the employer at a small grocery store here in town.

It can be quite a task managing such a small city grocery store suppose it or not.

There are a lot of decisions that kneel on myself and others and I have to make them, like the other month the two of us had the central heating and air conditioner idea break down in the locale. It was a really tepid month so I had no option however to make the decision to close the grocery store early that day; Usually the two of us are open until 9pm. But I had to close it down at 4pm because it was just too darn tepid with no air conditioner in there. I did call the local heating and air conditioner company to send out a certified heat and cooling system specialist to service the central heat and air conditioner unit. However, they could not get someone out till the next day. This is why I closed down way early. And then in the day, I had to be in extra early to let the heating and air conditioner specialist in to service the heat and cooling system unit. That was a really hard 2 days let myself and others tell you! I do not think I even got much sleep that night. These are just some of things I have to go through being the employer of a small city little grocery store. I do care about it most of the time though and most people in city knows myself and others and I suppose them. It is 1 small however large community.
