When I was looking for an apartment last month, I never expected to find the apartment that I’m now living in.

• I told the realtor I wanted an apartment that was near a health and fitness center.

I had been into Jazzercise, Zumba, and yoga from the time I was five years old. My mother owned a yoga studio, and everything just progressed from there. I believe that health and fitness are the key to being happy. When my realtor called to tell me she thought she had the perfect apartment for me to move into, I was skeptical. We made an appointment to go look at the apartment for the following weekend. I had to admit that the apartment was beautiful. There was a small balcony where I could look down over the town park. The rooms were big enough for me to have friends over and have parties. I also liked the fact that they had patrolled underground parking. When the realtor told me there was a swimming pool on the ground floor, it piqued my interest even further. She took me down to show me the pool, and then she said she saved the best for last. We got back into the elevator and she pressed for the very top floor. I told her ‌I wasn’t interested in seeing the penthouse, but she smiled. When we got off the elevator, there was a health and fitness center that rivaled any gym I’d ever gone to. The best part was that the health and fitness center was only for the use of their tenants.
