Buying a new house is constantly an exciting venture. When you have finally seen 10 houses, plus still do not have what you are looking for, it becomes frustrating. The problem my husband plus I were having is that we wanted a beach house that had great HVAC installed. The people I was with and I knew landscaping could be redone, plus walls could be painted. The people I was with and I also knew you could redo floors plus make them your own, however the HVAC system was not something that we could handle. HVAC systems are quite costly, plus we did not want to buy a new home, plus need to have the HVAC system replaced within the first couple of months. None of the homes we saw had HVAC that was comfortable. I finally asked the realtor if they had any homes available that had new HVAC systems installed? She told us if we wanted that option, plus liked any of the other homes, she could request that they either have the HVAC system replaced before moving out, or give us a credit on the sale, to cover the cost of having a new HVAC system installed. I legitimately did not like either ‌of those options. The people I was with and I wanted control of what kind of HVAC system we had installed. My husband plus I both knew that to have that control, we would need to have it installed after we moved into the house. Luckily, the next beach house the realtor showed us was a model house built to have many people coming in at the same time. Instead of having an A/C component with a tonnage that was too small for the home, they assured us ‌it would have perfect HVAC.
