The stinging pain in their hands persisted

The stinging pain in their hands persisted, even after applying cream on the sting.

Ann and Cate had had it. They were so fatigued from trying to live with the wasps in their area. They are strong believers of living alongside nature. But when nature starts stinging them, they’re going to start stinging back. You see, Ann and Cate have an outdoor light on their back porch that seems to be a magnet for wasps and yellow jackets. They don’t know they are necessarily attracted to the light. But regardless of the cause, they keep making a nest under there. Then whenever Ann or Cate put their hand too close to the light they get stung. When they got home from work the other day, they started instantly looking for exterminators. The two friends were pleased to see there were several places that gave wasp extermination, which is exactly what they wanted. They went for a yellow jacket extermination place, because they could be out the soonest. The exterminator will arrive at their home tomorrow to remove the wasps, and they will be so relieved when they are gone. Ann and Cate are sure they’ll be gone temporarily because they know the survivors are going to start breeding again. But before they get a chance, they’re going to block off their porch light, so they’ll go somewhere else. Ann and Cate will make sure to instruct the exterminator not to mess with the bumble bees, because they have never caused any harm. So, they don’t want them to be needlessly killed. It’s only the wasps that have caused them pain.
