It’s war with the wasps

It’s war with the wasps

The stinging pain in my hand persisted, even after putting cream on the sting.

That is it, I am so tired of trying to live with the wasps in my area.

I am a strong believer of living alongside nature, but when nature starts stinging me, I am going to start stinging back. You see, I have an outdoor light on my back porch that seems to be a magnet for wasps and yellow jackets. I don’t think they are necessarily attracted to the light, but regardless of the reason they keep making a nest under there. Then whenever I put my hand too close to the light I get stung. When I got home from work today, I started immediately looking for exterminators. I was pleased to see there were quite a few places that offered wasp extermination, which is exactly what I wanted. I chose one yellow jacket extermination place, because they could be out the soonest. The exterminator was supposed to be out here by tomorrow to remove the wasps, and I will be so relieved when they are gone. I’m sure they will be gone temporarily however, because I know the survivors are going to start breeding again. But before they get a chance I am going to block off my porch light, so they’ll go somewhere else. I will make sure to tell the exterminator not to mess with the bumble bees, because they have never caused any harm, and I don’t want them to be needlessly killed. It’s only the wasps that have caused so many issues for me.
