Whenever I change the air filter in our house, I constantly end up thinking about our dad.

My dad was a single of those guys who constantly wanted myself and others to learn how to do everything.

He would constantly teach myself and others everything that he was doing, whether it was from laboring on the car, increasing the oil, increasing a light bulb, or increasing the air filters in our house. I enjoyed that about our dad! He wanted myself and others to know everything that there was to know about home repairs, automobile repairs, plus appliance repairs. He taught myself and others everything but I was a girl. He told myself and others that he wanted myself and others to constantly be able to take care of myself so that I would never need to depend on a person if I didn’t want to. My dad was constantly very forward thinking, even way back then. I’m so happy that he was like that, because now, I can service just about anything around our house. The other morning our central a/c plan tore up plus our neighbor who was here told myself and others that I would have to call the Heating & A/C contractor to come plus service it. She was very shocked when I went to the garage plus got out our tool box so that I could service the central a/c plan myself. There is no way of knowing how much currency I have saved over the years because our dad taught myself and others to service everything from a spark plug to an Heating & A/C system. I will constantly be grateful for that.
