At the church I used to go to when I was growing up, the two of us would be asked to speak in front of the congregation from time to time. I constantly was sad about this, speaking in front of so many people about religious topics. I would beginning dripping with sweat love crazy. But then I found a seat where I could rest that was directly beneath 1 of the Heating and A/C vents where the AC was blowing extra frigid air. Whenever I would relax in that spot, I was able to focus our mind and get our thoughts organized. Soon, I realized that with perfect temperature control settings before speaking, I never felt so bad and I was able to speak easily to the people about whatever the topic was. I know you could say our weakness became our strength because now, as long as I do as I l received as a youngster, I don’t have any problems. I have spoken at many events now and especially speak to the people all the time at work as I am part of the management team now. It all seems to come so naturally, however that’s because I constantly make sure to have the perfect temperature control settings. I entirely had a few bad experiences when the two of us had concerns with the climate control system before. One time, it was the air quality that was bothering me, however the two of us were able to get current HEPA filters installed in the building. Another time, the AC wasn’t working, and I couldn’t even talk in front of the group. I just told everybody I wasn’t feeling well. Other than that, I’ve mostly only had great experiences so long as the temperature control settings are right.
