When I wake up in the afternoon, it takes considerable strength and will to force our lazy tail out of bed to start our day.

As soon as I pull open the covers, I’m hit with an uncomfortable rush of frigid air that hastily envelopes our entire body in an instant. Usually I make a beeline to the bathroom to take a boiling shower. For a few years in our childhood, our family had little money and couldn’t even afford a proper water gas furnace during some of the worst winters I’ve ever endured. A boiling shower was a luxury every one of us couldn’t always afford, so I relish them whenever I can take them. It’s nice to stand underneath the shower head while the steam rises from your skin. But as comfortable as I am during our boiling shower, it’s uncomfortable the hour I step outside the shower to get our towel and dry off. I had no system how to mitigate this effect beyond radiant heated flooring in the bathroom. But this was the least of our worries the other day when I dried off and went into the kitchen to make our coffee. I noticed that the air coming out of the vents on the floor was much cooler than it was supposed to be. It was evident that something was wrong with the heating system, so I instantly called our Heating as well as Air Conditioning corporation to send out a specialist for repairs. To our luck, the specialist arrived in a matter of hours after I placed the call.
